Driver with screws counter . BLP-STC.

It can be used only with BL electric screwdrivers version OPC and CESL (32V) and connected only to one tool; besides features of the driver, it has the following features:

• Possibility to set 1 sequence of tightening, that can count up to 99 screws
• For each tightening sequence, it is possible to program the maximum number of tightening attempts for KO screws
• Automatic check of tightening time which can be adjusted by setting the cycle time thus discriminating the different KO results
• Visual indicators of the tightening status
• Electric signal for “end cycle oK” to release pallet/jig (or manual with key selector)
• Electric feed: 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz
• Management of the slow start (screw feeding speed) from 30% up to 100% of nominal speed
